1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between:

- Business Customers: Natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, act in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession

1.3 Deviating Terms
The inclusion of the Customer’s own terms and conditions is hereby rejected unless their validity has been expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Product Presentation
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum).
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible but do not constitute guaranteed characteristics unless expressly stated as such.
2.2 Ordering Process

Review the items in your shopping cart. You can modify quantities or remove items at this stage.
Step 3: Customer Information
Enter your delivery address and contact information. You can complete your order as a guest or create a customer account.

Select your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed.
Step 5: Payment Method
Choose your payment method. Available payment options will be displayed.
Step 6: Order Review
Review your complete order including:
- Selected products and quantities
- Total price including VAT
- Shipping costs
- Delivery address
- Payment method
Step 7: Order Submission
By clicking the order button (e.g., “Buy Now”, “Place Order”, “Complete Purchase”), you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.
2.3 Order Confirmation
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation email does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.
2.4 Contract Formation
The contract is concluded when we:
- Send you an acceptance email confirming dispatch or shipment of your order, OR
- Request payment for your order, OR
- Deliver the goods to you
Whichever occurs first constitutes our acceptance of your offer and the formation of a binding contract.
2.5 Order Processing Time
We typically process orders within:
- Standard items: 2-3 business days
- Custom sizing (±5 cm adjustment): 3-5 business days
- Custom orders: 3-5 business days or as individually agreed
2.6 Contract Storage
We store the complete contract text (your order details and these Terms and Conditions) in our system.
Access to Your Order:
- You can access your order history and details through your customer account (if registered)
- We will send you a copy of your order confirmation via email
- You can request a copy of the contract at any time by contacting us
Accessibility of Terms and Conditions:
- These Terms and Conditions are available on our website at all times
- You can download and print them before placing your order
- A link to the current Terms and Conditions is included in your order confirmation email
Please Note: We store the current version of our Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of your order. We do not guarantee availability of previous versions through the customer account.
2.7 Input Errors
Before submitting your order, you can review all entered information and correct any input errors using your browser’s standard functions (e.g., back button, editing fields). The shopping cart and checkout process clearly display all products, quantities, prices, and your customer information for review and correction before final submission.
3. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
3.1 Application
This right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (natural persons who enter into legal transactions for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession).
Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.
3.2 Withdrawal Period
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
For multiple items in one order delivered together: The 14-day period begins when you receive all items from the single order.

3.4 Exclusions from Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- Goods that have been customized according to customer specifications or clearly personalized (custom-made jewelry with specific engravings, special stone selections beyond our standard offerings, etc.)
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery (e.g., earrings with broken hygiene seals and visible signs of wear)
Note: All standard items from our regular collection are subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 Prices
All prices stated on our website are:
- Total prices including the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT)
- Stated in Euros (EUR)
- Valid at the time of your order
Additional costs such as shipping fees are clearly indicated separately and are not included in the product price.
4.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on:
- Order value
- Delivery destination
Free Shipping:
- Within Germany: For orders of €50 or more
- Below €50 within Germany: Shipping costs apply
EU Countries:
- Different shipping costs and free shipping thresholds may apply
- Costs are clearly displayed during checkout

4.3 No Minimum Order Value or Quantity
We do not require:
- Minimum order value
- Minimum order quantity
You can order any amount from a single item upward.
4.4 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
4.4.1 Klarna/Sofort (Instant Bank Transfer)
Provider: Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden
Payment is processed immediately via your online banking. You will be redirected to Klarna’s secure payment page to complete the transaction. Payment is executed when you complete your order.
4.4.2 Credit Card
Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (and other major cards as displayed)
Your credit card will be charged when you complete your order (at the conclusion of the order process).
Your payment details are processed securely through our payment service provider. We do not store your complete credit card information.
4.4.3 SEPA Direct Debit
By selecting this payment method, you authorize us to collect the purchase amount from your bank account via SEPA direct debit.
Collection timing: The amount will be debited from your account before shipping the goods.
You will receive advance notification (pre-notification) of the debit date. By completing your order with this payment method, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate.
4.4.4 PayPal
Provider: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg
Payment is processed through your PayPal account. The payment transaction is executed when you complete your order (at the conclusion of the order process).
You must have an existing PayPal account to use this payment method.
4.5 Payment Conditions
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed.
4.6 Default of Payment
If you are in default of payment, we reserve the right to charge:
- Statutory default interest
- A reminder fee of €1.50 per reminder (to cover administrative costs)
- Any additional costs incurred in pursuing payment
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Delivery Area
We deliver to:
- Germany (all regions)
- European Union countries (all EU member states)
5.2 Shipping Carriers
We ship via:
- DHL
- DPD
- Deutsche Post
The specific carrier is chosen based on your location and order characteristics to ensure optimal delivery.
5.3 Delivery Times
Processing Time:
- Standard items: 1-3 business days after payment receipt
- Custom sizing: 3-5 business days after payment receipt
Shipping Time:
- Within Germany: 2-4 business days
- EU countries: 5-10 business days
Total Delivery Time: Processing time + Shipping time
Please Note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- High order volume
- Public holidays
- Customs clearance (for non-German EU deliveries)
- Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
5.4 Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive:
- Email notification with tracking number
- Link to track your shipment online
You can monitor your shipment status at any time using the provided tracking information.
5.5 Delivery to Packstations
Yes, we deliver to DHL Packstations.
When placing your order, please:
- Enter your Packstation address
- Include your PostNumber (Postnummer)
- Ensure the selected items fit within Packstation size limits
5.6 Delivery Method
All goods from a single order are shipped together in one delivery whenever possible.
5.7 Stock Availability
All items offered in our shop are typically ready for immediate shipment. If an item is exceptionally not available, we will inform you immediately and offer alternative solutions (substitute product, waiting for restocking, or order cancellation with full refund).
5.8 Partial Deliveries
We do not generally make partial deliveries. All items in your order will be shipped together.
5.9 Inspection of Delivery
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt:
- Check for external damage to the packaging
- Report any transport damage to the carrier immediately
- Inform us of any damage as soon as possible
This helps us process warranty claims with the shipping carrier.
6. Retention of Title
6.1 Title Reservation
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
6.2 Scope
For consumers: Retention of title applies only until payment of the purchase price for the delivered goods.
For business customers: Retention of title applies until all claims arising from an ongoing business relationship have been settled.
6.3 Rights During Retention Period
During the retention period:
- You may use the goods in the ordinary course of business
- You may not pledge the goods or transfer them as security
- If third parties access the goods (e.g., seizure), you must inform us immediately
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 Statutory Warranty Rights
For Consumers:
The statutory warranty provisions apply in full. You have the right to:
- Subsequent performance (repair or replacement)
- Price reduction
- Withdrawal from contract
- Damages (under the conditions set forth in law)
The limitation period for warranty claims is 24 months from delivery of the goods.
For Business Customers:
Statutory warranty provisions apply. However, we can agree to limit the warranty period to one year from delivery for used goods, subject to the legal requirements.
7.2 Notice of Defects
Please notify us of any defects promptly:
- Consumers: As soon as you discover the defect
- Business customers: Within the statutory inspection and notification periods

7.3 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty claims are excluded if the defect results from:
- Improper use or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- External influences (e.g., chemical exposure, impact damage)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
7.4 Natural Stone Variations
Important Notice Regarding Gemstone Jewelry:
Our jewelry is crafted from natural gemstones. As products of nature, the following characteristics are normal and not defects:
- Color variations: Natural stones vary in color intensity and pattern compared to product images
- Inclusions: Small natural inclusions, cloudiness, or internal characteristics
- Size variations: Slight variations in stone size within handcrafted pieces
- Pattern differences: Unique veining, banding, or patterns in each stone
These natural variations make each piece unique and are characteristic of authentic natural gemstone jewelry.
Wood Products: Not applicable (we do not sell wood products)
7.5 Liability Limitations
For Consumers:
We are liable without limitation for:
- Damages arising from injury to life, body, or health
- Damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us or our legal representatives or vicarious agents
- Damages covered by mandatory statutory liability (e.g., Product Liability Act)
For damages resulting from slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach a material contractual obligation (cardinal duty). In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages.
For Business Customers:
The above limitations apply accordingly. Additional contractual limitations may be agreed upon within the scope permitted by law.
7.6 Transport Damage Cooperation
We kindly ask for your cooperation:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please:
- Inform the delivery driver immediately
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photographs of the damage
- Contact us within 24 hours
This cooperation helps us pursue claims against the carrier. However, your statutory warranty rights are not dependent on this cooperation.
8. Special Conditions for Custom Orders
8.1 Custom Length Adjustments
We offer free custom length adjustments of ±5 cm for necklaces and bracelets at no additional charge.
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- How to request: Note your desired length in the order comments or contact us before ordering
8.2 Larger Custom Adjustments
For length adjustments exceeding ±5 cm:
- Please contact us before ordering
- We will provide a custom quote
- Additional fees may apply depending on materials required
8.3 Fully Custom Orders
For completely custom jewelry designs:
- Individual consultation required
- Custom pricing based on materials and complexity
- Processing time: As individually agreed (typically 5-10 business days)
- Right of withdrawal may not apply to goods manufactured specifically to your specifications
8.4 Color Representations
Please be aware:
Product images on our website may not perfectly reproduce the actual colors of gemstones due to:
- Monitor settings and calibration
- Lighting conditions in photography
- Natural variations in gemstone colors
This is not a defect. We strive for accurate representation, but the natural beauty and uniqueness of gemstones means each piece may vary slightly from images.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships between you and us, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Your mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of the country in which you reside remain unaffected.
For Business Customers:
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
11.2 Place of Jurisdiction
For Business Customers:
If you are a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our registered office in Bad Homburg, Germany.
For Consumers:
The statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
11.3 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid or unenforceable provision. The same applies to any gaps in the contract.
