Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via standard postal service. Each piece is wrapped securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 7-14 days for domestic orders and 14-21 days for international deliveries. Custom duties may apply for international orders.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Processing time is 2-3 business days for ready-to-ship pieces. If adjustments are needed, such as resizing a bracelet or necklace to your specifications, processing may take 3-5 business days. Domestic orders usually arrive within 7-14 business days, while international orders take 14-21 business days after shipping.

Please note that during holiday seasons, postal and delivery services experience high volumes, which may cause delays. This can be disappointing if you’re planning to receive your order by a specific date. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for potential delays during peak periods.

I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal for your convenience. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment platforms. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your payment is complete.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that protect your personal and financial information. I never store or have access to your full card details. Your privacy and security are my top priority.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply browse the collection, select the piece you’d like, and add it to your cart. At checkout, you’ll provide your shipping information and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details. If you need any adjustments like custom sizing, just add a note during checkout or contact me directly.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact me as soon as possible via email. If your piece hasn’t been shipped yet, I’ll be happy to make changes or process a full refund. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but returns are accepted.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is necessary. You can checkout as a guest by simply providing your email address and shipping information. However, having an account allows you to easily track orders and save your information for future purchases.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. You can check the status anytime using that tracking information.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact me via email before returning any item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after I receive the returned item.
