Important: If your order consists of multiple items delivered together in one shipment, the 14-day period begins when you or your designated recipient receives the last item.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

5.2 Refund Timeline

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

What This Means:

Allowed: You may examine the jewelry as you would in a physical store – try it on, inspect the stones, check the clasp, assess the quality

Not Allowed: Wearing the jewelry for extended periods, exposing it to perfume/chemicals, removing tags, or causing wear and tear

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry that has been manufactured according to the consumer’s individual specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Important: If the goods are returned in a condition that shows more than necessary handling (e.g., signs of wear, damaged packaging, missing components), we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to compensate for the diminished value.

6.2 Condition of Returned Items

To ensure a full refund, please return items:

  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • In unworn, unused condition
  • With all included components (certificate of authenticity, care instructions, gift packaging if applicable)

6.3 Hygiene Considerations

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal if they are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

For hygiene reasons, earrings should only be tried on for inspection purposes. If returned with signs of wear beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and characteristics, a deduction may be made to reflect the diminished value.

6.4 Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

While we accept most returns within the 14-day period, certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under consumer protection law:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (if explicitly customized to your specifications beyond our standard ±5cm adjustments)
  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (if applicable)
