1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
- Standard items: 1–3 business days
- Custom size adjustments: 3–5 business days
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays in Germany).
2. Shipping Method
All shipments are dispatched via DHL Standard International Shipping.
Delivery is carried out against signature at the delivery address. If delivery cannot be completed in person, DHL will leave a notification and the parcel must be collected from the designated postal location.
We do not offer delivery to Packstation.
The risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by DHL.

Delivery times are estimates provided by DHL and may vary due to customs procedures or local conditions.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon import.
Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking number.
7. Delivery Responsibility
Delivery is considered completed once DHL confirms successful delivery with signature or official collection confirmation.
We are not responsible for parcels that are reported as delivered by DHL but are not collected in time from the designated postal facility.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Document the damage immediately
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Contact us at info@am-gemstone.com within 48 hours
